Kuehne+Nagel Human Resources Intern in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

You will be part of our Human Resources team, providing operational support across a range of people related topics.

Your Role

You will be responsible to support efficient execution of a range of operational tasks related not limited to HR processes, projects, POD, recruitment, employer branding, total rewards,... and all aspects of the employee life cycle.

Your Responsibilities

  • Handle recruitment process including screening applications, conducting first interview, interview arrangement and support candidate to ensure the quality of their experience, send response emails to candidates.

  • Perform daily Human Resources duties such as on-boarding and off-boarding formalities and etc.

  • Administer employee’s records and ensure required personal documents are in place.

  • Daily communicate between Service provider and KN staff on data/ supporting documents, but not limit to, Social/Health/ Unemployment insurance, PIT, leave records, etc.

  • Support for employees' medical insurance.

  • Handle PIT exemption supporting document collection and properly filing system.

  • Carry out HR activities in accordance with internal SOPs and statutory compliances.

  • Provide response to employee’s enquiries on HR related matters.

  • Check attendance records before monthly payroll and provide support related to data quality to Payroll team.

  • Keep track on probation, labor contract renewal timely.

  • Support to proceed work permit application for expatriates.

  • Update data on systems promptly.

  • Prepare HR reports and meeting related materials as requested.

  • Contribute the process improvement projects, events, function and etc.

  • Provide support on HR initiatives.

  • Perform ad-hoc duties as and when been assigned by Manager.

Your Skills and Experiences

  • Last year student who wants to learn and grow in HR field.

  • Can join the internship full time for 1 year.

  • Careful, responsible, detail-oriented, people-oriented, can-do attitude and willing to learn.

  • Logical thinking, able to do multiple tasks.

  • Good at communication & problem solving skills.

  • Good command of English.
