The HR Generalist Trainee will support various HR functions, gaining practical experience in HR operations, employee engagement, recruitment, and more. This position is ideal for a recent graduate eager to learn and develop across HR processes, with specific responsibilities in design, reporting, analysis, and digital applications.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assigned to support in two or three functional areas during training period.

  • Assist in day-to-day HR operations, such as maintaining employee records, preparing documentation, and coordinating HR activities.

  • Assist in organizing and maintaining digital and physical HR files, ensuring confidentiality and proper documentation

  • Provide support in employee engagement surveys, gathering responses, and preparing initial analysis.

  • Collect, organize, and analyze HR data (such as employee attendance, performance metrics, and engagement scores) to assist in developing reports for management.

  • Prepare visual reports and dashboards using Excel or similar tools to summarize key HR metrics and trends.

  • Assist in tracking HR projects and initiatives, providing regular updates and analysis to measure effectiveness.

  • Contribute to the digitalization of HR processes by using online platforms and tools (such as Canva, Trello, and other collaborative applications).

  • Support the implementation and management of digital tools that improve HR efficiencies, such as document management, employee engagement apps, and scheduling software.

  • Project Management – Participate in team projects that address strategic initiatives as directed by the HR Manager.

  • Adhere to all safety and health rules and regulations associated with this position and as directed by supervisor.

  • Comply and follow all procedures within the company security policy.

  • May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • University graduate, major in HR/ Business/ Media/English Language is preferable

  • Fresh graduates or candidates with less than 1 year of working experience

  • Bachelor Degree with GPA > 7.0/10 is preferable

  • Agile and confident to engage across all HR sections and all levels of the business

  • Analytical skills with the ability to capture and interpret relevant data for the business.

  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, pay attention to details, and demonstrate accuracy

  • Good problem-solving skills, can work under high pressure, be ready to take challenges

  • Proficient in written and verbal communication skills in Vietnamese and English

  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals

  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public

  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.

  • Willing to learn and engage in ad hoc projects when required

  • Ability in design tools such as Canva or similar applications.

  • Ability to use graphic design tools and video making is a plus

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel for data analysis and reporting is a plus
