Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver the organizational capability and culture development initiative to achieve the business strategy through talent.

  • Partner with Global HR Business Partners and Talent professionals to execute business-specific HR strategies.

  • Provide support to people leaders with specific focus on employee advocacy/engagement, HR fundamentals and process, employee relations management, performance management, career development, talent assessment, acquisition and retention and workplace investigations as appropriate.

  • Provide dedicated guidance and coaching to leaders with focus on Organization design, Talent, culture, and leadership succession to achieve sustainable business growth.

  • As people champion, build trusting relationship with colleagues and people leaders and understand the needs of the colleagues and teams for growth.

  • Ensure that all employee relations issues are properly identified, reported, investigated, and resolved. Conduct investigations including gathering, preserving, documenting, and analyzing all available information and evidence, making recommendations to the business on disciplinary action.

  • Provide coaching and guidance to the team, and develop next generation of HR talents.

Required Qualifications

  • 8-10 years of experience in the HR domain or equivalent.

  • Strong problem solving skills

  • Knowledge and/or experience with labor law, and tax and social security regulations

  • Excellent stakeholder management and developing good work relationships across the organization

  • Change management and project management experience and capabilities

  • People management skills

  • Excellent mentoring and relationship building skills

  • Business level English and Japanese capability
