We are looking for a Material Handler for our Hingham, MA. facility.

As a Material Handler within the world’s most respected manufacturer of automatic transfer switches and power control systems you will manage inventory of components and products via picking kits, receiving internally made components, working with stock room to request vendor ordered parts. The work that you do will make the world a safer and more reliable place for our customers: think hospitals, data centers, utilities, mass transportation, and other aspects of life as we know it that need reliable power systems. You will be contributing to the solution of the world’s growing need for dependable critical infrastructure.

You will make an impact by:

• Receiving parts from fabrication and make sure they are accurate.

• Using SAP to accurately store the parts in storage locations within the Supermarket area or checking the parts out to the production floor for projects being worked on in production.

• Pulling parts from bill of materials from their storage location and checking parts out to the production floor VIA kitting process.

You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent experience

• Proven Understanding of SAP

• Proven experience of MS Word and Excel

• Previous Stockroom experience required

• Knowledge of electrical components like circuit breakers, PLC, etc.

• Ability to work with multiple numbers

• Ability to add and subtract a must.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment

• Experience with Automatic Transfer Switches

• The pay range for this position is $22 per hour. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
