Linden Ponds is recruiting responsible, kind, and hardworking high school students to join our dining teams. This entry level position is perfect for the busy lives of high school students, with convenient after school and weekend hours, as well as no late nights.

Linden Ponds’ Servers are key to making our residents’ lives better every day. Our wait staff are responsible for inputting food and beverage into our point of sales system, delivering and serving food, maintaining excellent presentation of dining rooms, and providing exceptional service.

How you will make an impact:

  • Become a subject matter expert on menu items, daily specials, and preparation methods

  • Engage our residents and their guests by sharing daily menu highlights and offering recommendations; based on knowing their preferences

  • Accurately record food and beverage orders.

  • Consistently deliver an exceptional dining experience.

Compensation: commensurate with experience starting at $15 hourly

What you will need:

  • Prior service and/or kitchen experience is highly preferred.

  • Friendly and energetic communication skills.       

  • The desire to provide top-notch service.

  • Ability to work a minimum of 3 shifts a week from 3:45pm to 8:30pm

  • Weekends and holidays required
