Nike Specialist II, Brand Marketing, Men's Running in Hilversum, Netherlands
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
Based in the Nike European Headquarters in Hilversum, you will be part of the Consumer Construct Marketing team in EMEA. This team is responsible to orchestrate all product marketing campaigns and long-term concepts for every sports dimension, in the region of Europe, Middle East and Africa. In this role, you have the opportunity to work exclusively on the Men’s Running dimension, a high performance team that operates in a high pace environment.

Strong understanding of the Running landscape / status in EMEA (athletes & moments)
Confidence to establish and maintain relationships with internal and External stakeholders
Proven Track record of supporting / developing Marketing Plans through cross-functional collaboration
Strong Team spirit

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
As part of the EMEA Brand Marketing Men’s Running team, you will work across all marketing functions and key cities, reporting directly to the EMEA Director, Brand Marketing Men’s running. In the role, core responsibilities will include:
You will act as a core member of the one Running offense in EMEA, contributing and connect with the Women’s & Kid’s teams, as well as Global and City Brand teams to coordinate and collaborate to drive efficiency & alignment for our marketing plans.
You will support the seasonal offence, working with the team to craft and execute category and seasonal initiatives that build brand strength, demand, and forge unbreakable relationships with our consumers and communities.
You will work closely with product and marketplace teams – from seasonal key looks, to launch and release calendars.
You will also help put into place the learning agenda and monitor KPIs, as we continually evaluate the work, our approach and how we evolve.
