Planning Admin for Electronics Manufacturer - Hillsboro, OR

Job Description:

Working job title= planning administrator

Typical day includes ensure data entry and documentation has a high attention to detail, reporting within ERP system and ensuring organization is kept for planning supply chain purposes. Working within Excel and being able to utilize basic formulas and filter through parts/skews for example. High level of communication to seek out answers & provide solutions from several different departments within the warehouse and within the office side. Schedule, organize and run meetings with team members to ensure everyone is on the same page.

Additional Immediate responsibilities:

• Monitor accuracy of lead times

• Monitor accuracy of Build Status for Item records

• Organize and maintain files and databases for production departments

• Managing SO Links in the system

• Interface with quality on DMRs and how they affect our schedule

• Managing QCS Standup Meeting

• Communicating WIP Transactions

• Load LeCroy Forecast

• RMAs (Create jobs and facilitate through Production)

• Depot Repair program ( Create jobs and facilitate through Production)

• Learn full suite of Scheduler position

• Provide administrative support

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Candidates must have:

  • Baseline knowledge and experience within supply chain/planning department

  • Administrative experience and the ability to maintain a high level of attention to detail

  • ERP experience and ability to pick up their proprietary system (Styeline)

  • Proficiency within Microsoft Office Suite (utilizing excel for basic formulas and being able to maneuver through all MS systems efficiently)

  • High level of communication skills and the ability to organize, coordinate and run team meetings to ensure team members are on the same page

  • Ability to be proactive and take initiative to ask questions, provide solutions and learn and grow within this role

Supply chain degree is preferred, but not a must have

Experience Level:

Intermediate Level
