Qorvo is hiring for a Sr. Manager for SAP Supply Chain Management. Location preference is Richardson, TX, Hillsboro (Portland), OR or Greensboro, NC. Responsibilities: Lead SAP Supply Chain (SCM) Strategy: Develop and execute the global SAP SCM strategy in alignment with the company\'s overall business goals and objectives. Drive innovation and continuous improvement in SAP including integrated systems and SCM processes leveraging Fit To Standard approach. . Team Management: Build and lead a high-performing Global SAP SCM team. Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to team members. Foster a collaborative and results-driven work environment. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate closely with key stakeholders, including business leaders, and IT teams, to understand business requirements and align SAP initiatives with business needs. Effectively communicate the value of SAP solutions and gain buy-in from stakeholders at all levels. Best in class service delivery: IT solution delivery leveraging agile methodology focusing on velocity, quality and scalability through a team consisting of both internal resources and third-party AMS suppliers. Oversee the process for the demand intake, prioritization, and delivery of incremental releases of functionality using lean principles. Negotiate delivery priorities with multiple business and/or business solution teams. Business Transformation: Provide IT leadership and drive successful business transformation of SCM processes from legacy SAP systems to S4 HANA. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define the migration roadmap, ensure project timelines are met, and minimize disruptions to business operations. Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date with the latest advancements and trends in SAP technology and best practices. Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and innovation to drive business value. Develop and own IT standard work processes, role definition, define KPIs, identify areas of improvement, systematic problem solving and a continuous improvement mindset using Lean Principles. Lead in developing and maintaining high quality of IT documentation. Vendor Management: Oversee relationships with SAP solution providers, system integrators, and consultants. Evaluate and select external vendors as needed. Negotiate contracts and ensure service level agreements are met. SAP System Governance: Establish and maintain effective governance processes to ensure compliance, security, and data integrity across SAP systems. Develop and implement best practices, standards, and policies for SAP system management. Budget and Resource Management: Support develop and manage the SAP SCM budget, including forecasting and cost control. Optimize resource allocation to maximize efficiency and effectiveness of SAP SCM initiatives.
