About the Role:
This position is responsible for managing the daily operational activities for Umpqua’slogisticswarehouse in Hillsboro, Oregon. Primary responsibilities include providing leadership and supervision to the warehouse team, managing physical inventory process controls, ensuring orders are fulfilled in a timely manner, and maintaining accurate stock levels. This role is also responsible for implementing and/or maintaining warehouse safety standards.
Maintains quality service and effective operations and support for all assigned internal associates.
Drives results through the effective management of warehouse staff.
Partners in the review and recommendation of operational systems and procedures affecting assigned units.
Manages and coordinates the daily operations of the warehouse including shipping, receiving, inventory management, order fulfillment and returns processing.
Manages imaging operations while ensuring proper policies and procedures are followed.
Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized and safety protocols are posted and followed, train and supervise warehouse staff, including new hires.
Demonstrates compliance with all bank regulations for assigned job function and applies to designated job responsibilities – knowledge may be gained through coursework and on-the-job training. Keeps up to date on regulation changes.
Follows all Bank policies and procedures, compliance regulations, and completes all required annual or job-specific training.
Maintain a working knowledge of Bank's written policies and procedures regarding Bank Secrecy Act, Regulation CC, Regulation E, Bank Security, and other regulations as applicable to this job description.
May be asked to coach, mentor, or train others and teach coursework as subject matter expert.

About You:
High School Diploma/GED required.
Bachelor's Degree related to information technologypreferred.
4-7 yearsofwarehouse management experience.
2-5 years of supervisory/management experience.
Possess thorough knowledge of operation functions, systems,policiesand procedures for the assigned area.
Possess strong organizational, managerial and project management skills.
Proven well-developed customer relations skills.
Demonstrated excellent interpersonal,oraland written communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Working knowledge of laptop and desktop computers and related technology.
Workstyle: Fully onsite.

Thepayrange for this role is $58,452.03 to $108,553.77, and the pay rate for theselected candidate isdependent upon a variety of non-discriminatory factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, education, and geographic location. The rolemay beeligible for performance-based incentive compensation and those details will be provided during the recruitment process.
