What You'll Do:

 

Program Captain: You'll be the maestro of aquatics, camp & sports, overseeing all the magic in these areas, ensuring every program is a hit and meets the highest standards. Safety first, adventure always!

Staff Whisperer: Play a crucial role in building our dream team. From recruitment to training, you'll be the coach extraordinaire, fostering development and maximum impact. Communication is your superpower, and staff issues don't stand a chance against your prompt handling.

Community Connector: Build bridges with parents, volunteers, schools, and other organizations. Your friendly vibes and effective relationships will make our programs shine.

Promo Guru: Flex your creative muscles by producing materials and brochures that scream excitement and fun. You'll be the brain behind our promotional and public relations efforts.

*Budget Magician: *Manage budgets like a pro, making sure every dollar is well-spent for maximum program awesomeness.

*Keeper of Cleanliness and Safety: *Maintain program equipment and areas with ninja-level attention to cleanliness and safety. You might even find yourself teaching aquatic classes or lifeguarding from time to time!

Certification Champion: Keep the team up-to-date and certified. Proactive training and safety checks will be your secret weapons.

 

What You Need:

High School Graduate: A diploma is your ticket, and being 21 or more is the key. Two years of program experience? Even better!

? Lifeguarding Pro: Current YMCA lifeguarding or American Red Cross Lifeguarding and Swim Instructor certifications are your badges of honor, or you're ready to earn them within 60 days of joining the team.

Certification Aficionado: Keep those certifications in check -- Lifeguarding, Swim Instructor, CPR for Professional Rescuer, and more. Show us you're the ultimate certification champion!

?People Whisperer: Experience in personnel supervision, recruitment, and staff development is your jam.
