Seal-Tite LLC Customer Service Sale Associate in Hillsboro, Ohio
Seal-Tite LLC is seeking a Customer Service Sales Associate to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and some marketing. Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-4:00 PM in an office setting. The range of pay is $18.00-$21.00.

- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Provide information about the products and services
- Order entry and billing customers as needed
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
- Maintain Promo Inventory and process to ship
- Responsible for customer email blasts
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Extensive experience with Excel
