BAE Systems Sentinel Future Capabilities - Test Program Manager in Hill AFB, Utah
Job Description
This position will supervise a test team supporting multiple acquisitions of Payload capabilities. Duties will include providing expert advice and support to the government leaders and engineers on all aspects of program documentation. This position will closely with project schedulers, assist with budget management and plan milestone events for each assigned project. This position will also be expected to assist in the preparation regular Program Management Review briefs on the status of each assigned project.
This program will design, develop, produce, and deploy new payload system suites (reentry vehicles and/or countermeasures). Key next generation payload attributes include enhancements in accuracy, lethality, and ICBM Reentry System/Reentry Vehicle (RS/RV) interoperable operations. Program activities will also include the employment of digital acquisitions through the application of digital engineering, agile software development, and open systems architectures.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
10 yrs experience in direct Program Management.
Due to its special-access, classified working environment, this position is only located at Hill AFB, Utah, and is not conducive to telework schedules.
Ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance.
Pursuant to Government contract, this position requires US citizenship.
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
The ideal candidate will have most of the following experience:
- Experience testing missile systems or complex weapon system (especially ACAT I program or ICBM-related experience).
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $115110 - $195660
