BAE Systems Project Administrator - Sentinel ICBM Program in Hill AFB, Utah

Job Description

BAE Systems, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated professional to support the Integration Support Contract (ISC) Sentinel Engineering and Manufacturing Development (EMD) Sr. Manager and Government Milestone B Executive Leader.

The Sentinel program requires a Project Administrator with a willingness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment. The applicant must possess high energy and a strong motivation to make a difference. They must be comfortable working with changing priorities. The ability to switch tasks and multi-task with minimal disruption is a must. The selected candidate will:

  • Be an active team member and interact daily with the Government Sentinel EMD Sr. Manager and Government MS-B lead on team assignments, projects and tasks.

  • Provide administrative support, guidance and input on programmatic briefings and technical documents.

  • Provide administrative and managing assistance for planning conferences, Division-, and Branch-level meetings.

  • Draft conference and meeting minutes, coordinate approvals and publish via email and on other media as required.

  • Assist the customer in defining, authoring and monitoring project objectives and key results, to include tracking of tasks via JIRA.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

12 years directly related experience. At least 3 years progressive responsibility in providing technical and administrative leadership.

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

Bachelor s degree in Business Administration or related educational fields is desirable.

Proficiency using office software such as Microsoft Office Word, PowerPoint, and Excel is highly desirable.

Proficiency in technical writing is highly desirable.

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $78930 - $134190

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
