Located in Highlands Ranch, CO the successfulcandidate will be responsible and accountable for the design, development,and support of multiple applications across several hardware platforms. Thisposition will have responsibility of day-to-day management of a team ofdelivery leaders and lead technical engineers. This position will report tothe VP of Architecture and Platform Development.As a key member of the leadership team, the candidate should be comfortablewith driving technical ideas and communicating clearly with technical as wellas non-technical audiences. In this role, you will have the ability to growand develop a best-in-class engineering team, while playing an importantpart in shaping our strategy and future direction.Specific Responsibilities include:Build, and maintain a high-performing engineering organization focused ondelivering efficiently with high standards of quality, fosteringinnovation, leveraging new technologies while upholding a strong customercentered mindset.Develop strategies and roadmaps to meet business objectives with existing oremerging technologies in your area.Responsible for the overall development lifecycle of the products and servicescontributing to the development of the Issuing Solutions platform.Apply creative thinking/approach to determine technical solutions whileworking with architecture and the technical leads that further business goalsand align with our technology strategy.Lead your teams in developing best in class solutions supported by stringentoperational requirements around performance, reliability, security,scale and cost.Provide resource plans, budget tracking and forecasting. Manage the team toachieve target scope, schedule, and cost objectives.Instill best practices for software development, driving for engineeringexcellence by applying the appropriate investment in automation, quality,and efficiency.Build a strong culture focused on positive outcomes, while maintaining ahigh level of engagement from the team.Responsible for overall operational quality, and working with our partnersin support, cyber, operations to ensure client success remains front andcenterThis is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between bothremote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from theoffice two days a week, Tuesdays and Wednesdays with a general guidepost ofbeing in the office 50% of the time based on business needs.QualificationsBasic Qualifications:*12 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 10years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters/MBA/JD/MD), or a minimum of 5 years of work experience with a PhDPreferred Qualifications:*15 or more years of experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 12 years ofexperience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, or MD),PhD with 9+ years of experience.
