Eaton Corporation Roller Mill Operator - 3rd Shift in Highland, Illinois

Eaton’s ES GEIS BLD division is currently seeking a Roller Mill Operator - 3rd Shift in Highland, IL. The core hours are Monday through Friday from 11:00 pm - 7:00 am. Overtime is expected. The rate for this position is $22.62 per hour plus a shift differential of $.50 per hour. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based on candidate skills, experience, qualifications, and market and business considerations.

What you’ll do:

Position Overview:

Ability to read blueprints and shop orders, use calipers, square, and tape measure for checking dimensions. Operate and set up production machinery. Responsible for safety, quality, production quotas, and all documentation associated with product movement and confirmations. Physical requirements include but are not limited to the pushing and pulling of dies with or without accommodation.

In this function, you will:

• Set up and run all Roll-forming Mills

• Troubleshoot

• Stack

• Primary adherence to the Quality Control Program

Qualifications:

Required (Basic) Qualifications:

• No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of Highland, IL will be considered. Active Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.

• Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and in the future

Preferred Qualifications:

• Minimum of six (6) months of experience in a manufacturing setting

• Minimum of one year of machining experience
