Our Insurance domain client, IT Change Release Mgmt Anlyt Sr. is seeking a Change Release Analyst to join their team. As a IT Change Release Mgmt Anlyt Sr. you will be part of the Client supporting Team. The ideal candidate will have Change management, Release Management & ITIL , which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Rate : $45-49/hr.
Job Description:
For this contractor assignment, an IT Change and Release Management Analyst Senior is responsible for managing the overall scheduling of changes in an IT environment and assisting with the identification and development of change and release management processes. Tracks, coordinates, and resolves any issues with software releases per established contracts and Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Monitors, maintains and communicates release schedules, status and updates to stakeholders ensuring minimal downtime. Uses analytical and problem-solving skills to recognize and improve change management processes. Provides guidance on complex issues to others as needed.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
• Coordinates releases and tracks changes through the change management process; ensures that change initiators follow established change and release management processes
• Manages and coordinates complex changes, conflicts and issues between various stakeholders
• Identifies and defines risks and deployment issues, developing alternative plans and actions
• Follows established OLAs
• Maintains documentation in the change system and other repositories as needed
• Works with Project Managers and other technical experts to ensure the proper delivery of project or defect related changes.
• Implements defined work instructions per the release plan and addresses failed deployments
• Analyzes production readiness requirements and provides recommendations
• Work with Service Management stakeholders in planning and gaining necessary approvals
Required skills:
• In-depth knowledge of Change Management methods, tools, terminology and industry practices
• Knowledge of various corporate security rules, legal and regulatory obligations such as PCI, SOX or similar standards
• Knowledge of ITIL and industry standards, concepts, terminology and common practices
• Ability to assess implications of proposed systems changes on the processes and factors related to the insurance business or common business functions (e.g. marketing, sales, and financial controls).

• Organizational skills and ability to work on multiple projects and/or assignments simultaneously
• Negotiation skills with the ability to influence others through sharing information and gaining commitment
• Facilitation and meeting management skills with the ability to create a framework that encourages participation and productivity
• Listening, verbal and written communications skills with the ability to present information to a variety of audiences
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Bachelor's Degree or higher in a Business or Information Technology, or related discipline (e.g., Computer Science, MIS, Business Management) and a minimum of four years of work experience analyzing, planning and implementing business system changes.
In lieu of a degree, a minimum of six years of related work experience analyzing, planning and implementing business system changes may be accepted.
