McDonald's Janitor Custodian Jobs in High Point, North Carolina

Janitor Custodian (aka Maintenance) up to $14.50 / hr

Our Maintenance position involves achieving and maintaining restaurant cleanliness - interior and exterior janitorial tasks - as well as maintaining restaurant equipment through trained procedures. Cleaning is every store employee's responsibility. The janitorial tasks, which differ from crew members' tasks, include window washing, detailed restroom cleaning, and stockroom organization.

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

Maintaining outside grounds

Detailed cleaning inside and outside windows and restrooms

Assist with unload of delivery truck two times a week

Transfer all trash and rubbish to on-site compactor/refuse area

Change interior/exterior light bulbs

Clean exterior vents on HVAC/exhaust units and remove debris

Filtering oil fryers daily

Other custodial tasks as assigned

Most maintenance team members begin his or her eight-hour shift in the morning at 5 am or 6 am. and completes the shift by 1 pm or 2 pm. As a member of the Maintenance team, your restaurant team will support you with the tools and training needed to succeed.
