TEKsystems Help Desk Analyst in Hickory, North Carolina

Description:

Requirements: Must be able to work independently and be a self-starter. Adaptability is also a must. Prior hardware experience is preferred but can train if necessary. Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds and you will be on your feet at times.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

This position requires great people skills. The individual must be skilled at listening to clients, capturing issues, and guiding them through issue resolution. The individual must be courteous, well spoken, and not easily shaken. Previous call center experience is a great plus for the position(s).
