AEOA Head Start Substitute Teacher Assistant 2 in Hibbing, Minnesota
The Teacher Assistant is responsible for assisting the Head Start Center/Combo Manager with all aspects of the classroom. - Responsible for ensuring the safety of all children following Head Start Health/Safety and Standard - Code of Conduct policies and procedures - Assists with the implementation of the designated - Head Start curriculum & School Readiness goals - Assists in classroom organization, preparation, and clean-up - Participates in weekly site team staffing and planning meetings - Substitutes in Center/Combo Manager's absence - Assists in specific record-keeping and form completion - Assists Center/Combo Manager as assigned with CACFP documentation, purchasing, meal prep & cleanup - Assists with data collection, reporting, and analyzing child outcomes as mandated by federal, state, and local regulations - Supports the Parent, Family, and Community Engagement goals and activities - Assists children in a bus aide capacity on scheduled program transportation routes when assigned - Participates in all program training and selected individualized professional development - Assists children with toileting and diapering needs - Is a Mandated Reporter Substitute Teacher Assistant 2 needed in a Head Start classroom in Hibbing, MN. Starting Wage: $19.89/hr. Position open until filled. AA/EOE
