Building Maintenance Helper: An employee in this class assists in performing a variety of installation and repair work required to maintain the mechanical, electrical and structural components of County facilities. Duties include assisting in maintaining plumbing, heating and ventilation systems and fixtures; and preventive maintenance and repair. The work is performed under the direction of assigned supervisory staff.
