Job Summary
As part of Team Alorica, you'll help our Recruitment Marketing Team source qualified talent and keep the top of the talent pipeline full to meet recruitment needs across North America.
Responsibilities
Assist field recruiting teams with issues and concerns they are experiencing while recruiting and ensure that they have launched advertising and it is optimized to meet their needs and fill rates
Handle social media advertising, both organic & paid media
Support incoming requests that require graphic design
Support vendor management in all areas of recruitment marketing
Support on labor market reporting tickets to assess recruiting markets and offer strategic approaches
Reporting on our investments and quantifying our contributions per market
Supporting and optimizing other aspects of recruitment marketing to maintain a well-rounded approach to Talent Acquisition.
Qualifications
High School diploma or GED with experience in marketing
Knowledge of Oracle Recruiting Cloud or relevant HR software packages is a plus
Webpage design is a plus
Strong graphic design skills
Comfortability with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel)
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Exceptional listening/comprehension skills
Professional and courteous
Detail oriented & creative
Work Environment
Ongoing usage of phone and computer systems
Must be work-at-home capable with an Internet speed of 15 mbps for both download and upload
