Description We are offering an engaging role in the telecom industry, located in Hialeah, Florida. The position involves a key function in lead generation, specifically within the realm of Digital Marketing. The successful candidate will be joining our team as a Credit Clerk, responsible for various tasks including processing customer credit applications, maintaining customer credit records, and handling customer credit inquiries.
Responsibilities:
• Efficiently process customer credit applications in line with established procedures and guidelines.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer credit records to ensure seamless operations.
• Address and resolve customer credit inquiries promptly, providing excellent customer service.
• Monitor customer credit accounts regularly, identifying any issues or discrepancies.
• Execute appropriate actions to collect delinquent payments, adhering to legal and ethical standards.
• Utilize digital marketing tools and platforms for lead generation campaigns, including Facebook Insights, Google Ad, and Instagram.
• Plan and execute social media campaigns, leveraging knowledge of digital media and analytics.
• Collaborate with the team to develop and implement effective advertisement strategies.
• Analyze campaign results using analytics and adjust strategies as necessary for optimal results.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in digital marketing and lead generation. Requirements • Proficiency in creating and managing advertisements on various digital platforms
• Strong analytical skills to interpret marketing data and make strategic decisions
• Experience in campaign planning and execution
• Expertise in digital marketing strategies and techniques
• Knowledge of digital media trends and best practices
• Familiarity with Facebook Insights for monitoring campaign performance
• Experience in Google Ad creation and optimization
• Ability to effectively utilize Instagram for brand promotion and lead generation
• Experience in developing and executing lead generation campaigns
