We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Machine Operator to join our team. The Machine Operator will be responsible for setting up and operating computer numerical control (CNC) machines to produce and laminate precision parts and components. The ideal candidate should have experience in operating machines, possess solid technical skills, and have a keen eye for detail to ensure accurate and efficient production. Responsibilities
Set up, operate, and maintain Laminating CNC machines to produce high-quality components according to specifications and engineering drawings.
Load raw materials into the machine and monitor the machining process to ensure optimal performance and adherence to production schedules.
Perform routine machine maintenance, such as cleaning and lubricating, to ensure smooth operation and extend machine lifespan.
Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and make necessary adjustments to machine settings if required.
Collaborate with the production team to optimize workflow, identify process improvements, and troubleshoot any issues that may arise during production.
Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions to determine machining specifications and set up machines accordingly.
Conduct regular quality checks using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges to maintain accuracy and precision.
Monitor tooling and replace worn-out or damaged tools as needed to ensure consistent and efficient operation.
The essential functions of this role include:
