Job Title: Accounts Receivable Specialist

Job Description

As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will have the responsibility to develop and implement customer strategies aiming at clearing past due balances. You will work in coordination with Sales, Contracts, and other departments on complex customer accounts and transactions, ensuring a unified approach. Your role will include identifying and managing high-risk customers, implementing business risk, and collection strategies to minimize exposure. You will also lead and support negotiations to resolve customer account receivable issues, manage invoicing disputes, and ensure data maintenance in various business systems for testing, data integrity, and security. You will be expected to present financial metrics and strategic action plans to sr and executive leadership. You will ensure transactions are in compliance with contractual commitments, manage changes to commitments in response to changes in the business environment, and ensure compliance with company policies, laws, and regulations. This position will also involve project management and prioritization of a wide range of complex issues and opportunities, and providing technical and operational guidance to peers, programs, business units, and management.

Job Type

This is a contract position with a duration of 6 Month(s).

Work Environment

The role requires initial on-site training. However, the majority of the work can be done remotely, in line with the current practices of the Finance department. Please note that there may be occasions when on-site presence is required based on the needs of the business.
