Eagle Village Foster Care/Adoption Case Manager in Hersey, Michigan

Foster Care/Adoption Case Manager

To provide needed and appropriate direct services and case management to foster/adoptive youth, their siblings, birth/foster/adoptive parents and to coordinate the provision of collateral support services. Duties will commonly require providing services during some evenings and weekends and availability to be "on call" throughout the year.

  • Are responsible, trustworthy, and patient
  • Work well in high-stress situations

We Require Adults To

  • Have a good moral character
  • Be emotionally stable
  • Be 21 or older

A Bachelor's or Master's level degree in Social Work or a related Human Service field of study from an accredited college or university is required. Must have a broad knowledge of basic principles, concepts, and methodology of Human Service as acquired through a Bachelor's or Master's level degree. One year of experience in children's services or child welfare is preferred. CWTI training or certification is also preferred.
