*Responsibilities*

We have a compelling opportunity for a Senior Executive Assistant to support the Defense Cyber Crime Center (DC3) in Linthicum, Maryland. This position requires an active Top-Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility.

The Senior Executive Assistantwill provide executive administrative support,business management support, expertise and specialized skills in support ofgovernment officials.Schedulemeetings chaired by thegovernment director and staff. Refer, or personally attend to visitors' inquiries and actions that do not require the executive's attention. Coordinates DC3 site visits, tours, and vendor demonstrations with PAO and applicable DC3/Directorate staff - manages visit logs for the office of the Executive Director; coordinates travel and security documentation as required.Coordinate administrative and logistical details associated with the day-to-day operations of the director and staff. Prepare variousreports to assist in data analysis for the director. Perform a variety of secretarial duties, which may be complex or confidential to include travel arrangements, travel itineraries, agendas, advances, expense reports, submission of check requests, etc. May note and transcribe dictation into finished format to include letters, memoranda, interoffice communications, confidential reports, and othercorrespondence. Attend designated conferences and meetings and notes/transcribes minutes. May be assigned responsibility for the management of the administrative support functions, including associated staff.

*Responsibilities*

  • Support their assigned Directorate staff on a variety of organizational unit and administrative matters.
  • Perform a combination of administrative tasks including event scheduling, data input, proof-reading, and travel planning, purchasing, finance, and human resources actions.
  • As required, prepare briefings and be able to disseminate information to applicable stakeholders.
  • Maintain the directorate level planning matrix, calendars, schedules, and other administrative information to support critical operations.
  • Manage a wide range of high-level administrative tasks including executive communication, memorandums, orders, awards, performance rating reports, and a method to provide continuity within the Directorate.
  • Manage and synchronize multiple organization calendars providing the directorate leadership with a daily timeline of events that require their presence with providing a read-ahead as required.
  • Field incoming messages from face to face, telephonic, or email correspondence means that require actions, deliverables, briefings, tracking, or follow up responses.
  • Brief Directorate leadership to provide situational awareness, synchronize, and de-conflict as required scheduled activities to include meetings, travel, days off, assigned deliverables, and other key events.
  • Assist Directorate leadership with official travel requirements utilizing the Defense Travel System (DTS).
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications

  • Experience with government processes and systems
  • Experience with Public release system
  • Experience with DTS
  • U.S. Citizenship
  • Active Top Secret Clearance, with ability to obtain/maintain TS/SCI
  • Minimum of 8 years with BS/BA; Minimum of 6 years with MS/MA; Minimum of 3 years with PhD

*Desired Qualifications*

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and MS Outlook
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to details and organization skills.
  • Familiar with government processes and policies.
  • Proven ability to manage meetings, coordinate and track multiple schedules across group-wide program.
  • Demonstrated ability to interface with senior government officials and act as a liaison between various working groups and theexecutive staff.
  • Ability to work on several projects or issues simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently or in a team environment, as needed.

Target Salary Range

$86,000 - $138,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
