MCAR, Inc. is a non-profit human services organization that provides support of individuals with disabilities. We are seeking dedicated Direct Support Professionals to work within our Group Homes located in Mercer County.

Job Duties:
- Ensure health and safety of individuals supported at all times
- Provide emergency support when necessary
- Participate as a team member
- Assist individuals with supporting their goals
- Assist with daily living skills such as personal hygiene care, shopping, laundry and meal preparation
- Accurate and timely medication administration
- Transportation to doctor appointments, other programs, employment, etc.
- Documentation on online system required
- Ability to read and implement and Individual Support Plan (ISP)
- Ability to provide an overall support of the individuals living within the group homes
