Position Overview: This position is primarily responsible for monitoring the Network Operations Center (NOC) and resolving or escalating issues with IT systems. The position is required to work in assigned 12 hour shifts and attains moderate knowledge of the corporation's infrastructure and computing environment. The position has substantial impact to the corporation.

Primary Responsibilities: Monitor network resources, hardware, and software throughout the corporation.Follow established policies and procedures for monitoring, escalation, and communication.Resolve or escalate incidents to internal IT, external vendors, LOBs and Corporate Emergency Management. Work with management to develop and maintain NOC run books for monitored systems. Document and communicate incidents as required. Apply moderate knowledge of the corporation's infrastructure, computing environment and technologies to solve issues. Performs other related duties and projects as assigned.
