Your Role and Responsibilities

Responsible for the end to end experience for standard and niche roles including sourcing, screening, closing and stakeholder engagement. Subject matter expert in a specific domain, industry or function, relentlessly creating and expanding diverse candidate pipelines. Understanding their evolving client group, competition and market dynamics to be able to anticipate talent and hiring shifts. Prepare and consult with their client groups regarding their hiring needs, hiring strategy and execution. Focuses on Individual/Team Objectives and Developing Professional Effectiveness.

In this specialty, Recruiters are responsible for the end-to-end recruiting experience, strategy, and execution. They are the main point of contact for experienced professional candidates and hiring managers across the full recruiting lifecycle, leveraging innovative approaches to attraction, sourcing, selection, interviewing, offering, and closing. TAPs partner with the business to establish and maintain relationships as trusted advisors, providing domain subject matter expertise. They also consult with the business to deliver outcomes by leveraging data analytics and market intelligence to attract diverse, qualified, top talent. They drive all recruiting and staffing programs and activities related to the attraction, sourcing, selection and hiring of Experienced Professionals.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • English Speaking Skills

  • Skilled with Sourcing Candidates using External Sourcing Tools: Linkedin Recruiter, Talent Marketing Insights.

  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple demands in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively in meetings, emails, and formal discussions.

  • Driven to work within KPI Performance Environment

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Experience with Talent Acquisition Tools: SmashFly X, Linkedin, Talent Market Insights
