Position : Talent Branding Strategist

We are seeking a Talent Branding Strategist to join our HR team! Come join us!

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Talent Brand Development: Create and refine a compelling talent brand that attracts, engages, and retains top talent in key markets, aligning with Atlas culture, values, and employee experiences. Ensure consistent communication across all

  • Content Creation: Develop engaging content for advertisements, visual materials, and social media that effectively communicates our brand identity and enhances recognition among potential candidates.

  • Online Presence Management: Oversee our online presence, including social media, career sites, and review platforms, to maintain a consistent and positive brand

  • Collaboration with Talent Acquisition: Partner with the talent acquisition team to maximize our talent brand, ensuring that all candidate touchpoints consistently reflect our brand values. Event Coordination: Plan and execute recruitment events, workshops, and employer branding campaigns to promote the company culture and attract talent.

  • Employer Branding: Use authentic storytelling to reinforce our employer brand, enhancing employee experience and engagement both internally and

  • Communication Strategy Development: Collaborate with the communications director to design and implement an effective multi-channel communication strategy for HR initiatives.

  • Design HR Materials: Create HR-related materials (print and digital) for recruitment, onboarding, training and development, benefits, and policy reference guides, etc., ensuring a cohesive visual identity.

  • Employee Value Proposition (EVP): Work closely with HR, marketing, and communications teams to develop a compelling EVP, showcasing evidence-based stories and key themes that resonate within the organization.

  • Intranet Enhancement: Redesign and enhance the company’s Intranet HR site to improve communication, employee experience, collaboration, and modernize our digital workplace.

  • Diversity and Inclusion Commitment: Ensure that company strategies, policies, and practices further our mission to promote a diverse and inclusive

  • Brand Metrics Monitoring: Monitor and analyze employer branding metrics and benchmarks to measure effectiveness and inform strategies.

  • Brand Integration: Act as a brand ambassador, embedding the employer brand throughout the organization.

  • Market Research: Conduct research to understand industry trends and competitor practices in employer branding, ensuring our strategies remain innovative and

  • Training and Workshops: Develop and deliver training sessions for HR and hiring managers on brand representation and effective storytelling.

  • Digital Marketing Collaboration: Collaborate with the digital marketing team to align recruitment campaigns with broader marketing strategies and enhance online

  • Feedback Mechanism: Establish channels for receiving feedback from candidates and employees to continuously improve the recruitment and branding process.

Qualifications:

  • Detail-oriented and technically proficient, thriving in a fast-paced, collaborative

  • Creative and strategic thinker with a passion for storytelling through design and

  • Knowledge of video editing and production can be a plus for creating dynamic

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management

  • Ability to manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and project requirements.

  • Ability to work effectively in diverse (cross-cultural) environments and understand global recruitment practices.

  • Strong writing and content creation

  • Experience with social media and online marketing

  • Experience with tools for tracking social media engagement and analyzing trends to refine branding strategies.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with HR and recruitment

  • Solid understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory, with the ability to select appropriate colors, images, text styles, and layouts for various mediums.

  • Working knowledge of page layouts, capable of creating visually appealing and effective designs for both print and digital media.

  • Proficiency in industry-standard design tools, including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and InDesign.

  • A demonstrated talent for artistic design and a keen sense of

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, marketing, communications, or a related
