Securitas plays an essential role for our clients and in society. The Security Operations Manager position helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by managing the security services and related operations provided to an assigned group of smaller accounts including client service and problem resolution, service enhancement and expansion, new business development, operational effectiveness, preparation of post orders, staffing, scheduling, supervision and training.
Security Operations Manager Requirements:
1 Year of Security Management
Ability to train and develop employees
Ability to meet deadlines
Computer literacy
Calm, polite, and professional behavior
Reliable and self-motivated
High level business and management knowledge
High customer service orientation
Nevada Driver's license
Nevada Guard Card
As a Security Operations Manager you will be performing a variety of management functions for assigned accounts; while providing lead direction to Security Supervisors on requirements, priorities of work and coordinating any necessary needs of the site. If you have experience in positions like Operations Manager, Site Supervisor or Account Manager this role is a great fit for you.

General Duties:
Oversee New Hire Process
Manage compliance with annual training requirements
Manage Security and Emergency Management Drills Completion
Coordinate staffing adjustment per client request
Enforce Securitas policies
Liaison with Security leadership regarding site concerns
Assumes site level responsibility as needed
Administrative:
Conduct Security Staff performance reviews
Assist Workplace Operations
Manage post order updates as needed with Site Leads
Complete weekly reviews for Operations Manager
Manage Security documentation
Oversee Security systems as directed
Verify system health checks and assist in troubleshooting as requested
Assist any Investigations as requested
Manage secured storage
