Comprehensive EyeCare Partners is a management service organization that provides billing services to 11 partner practices. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional patient care through revenue cycle management. This is an IN-OFFICE POSITION, so remote candidates need not apply.

Our MEDICAL BILLING SPECIALISTS are responsible for conducting revenue cycle management duties with patience, positivity, and productivity. As part of our team, you will enjoy a supportive environment that fosters growth and learning opportunities.

Qualifications

A successful candidate for MEDICAL BILLING SPECIALIST has the following qualifications:

  • Experience with paid claim denials, accounts receivable follow-up, audit, and resubmission of claims
  • A high school diploma (some college is excellent!)
  • Previous experience in medical billing and collections
  • Experience with multiple insurances, including private, commercial, managed, and Medicaid
  • A committed work history that shows longevity and growth
  • Experience in a fast-paced customer service environment (experience in ophthalmology preferred)
  • Familiarity with computer software and the ability to learn new systems quickly (Electronic health record experience preferred)
  • Able to remain focused and organized
  • Ability to obtain sufficient references and a background check to perform the duties of the position
