Located in Henderson, Nevada, Seven Hills Hospital and Center for Hope combine to provide services for behavioral health, chemical dependency, for both adults, geriatrics, and adolescents (ages 11-17). The continuum of care consists of a 134-bed psychiatric hospital and an extensive array of outpatient services that include a partial hospitalization program (PHP), an intensive outpatient program (IOP), and traditional outpatient services for adults and adolescents. Henderson is one of the fastest growing cities in the US and is located just 7 miles from the famed Las Vegas Strip and a couple of miles from beautiful Lake Mead.

Join the team of highly dedicated mental health professionals. We are presently looking for a FT Clinical Manager. Reporting to the Clinical Director, this person will be responsible for:

  • Oversight, development, and coordination of Treatment Programs at the Inpatient, Partial Hospital, and Intensive Outpatient levels of care.

  • Provides direction, supervision, oversight and monitoring and when appropriate corrective action for staff.

  • Ensures operation of the Department according to CMS regulations, Joint Commission standards, Federal and State regulations, Hospital’s Mission, Vision, & Values, PI standards and facility policies and procedures.

  • Responsible for clinical outcomes which includes discharge planning in the Department including ensuring the use of best practices and evidence based treatment by all Department staff.

  • Ensure mental health treatment services are provided in a way that maximizes client independence and family empowerment.

  • Participate in weekly multidisciplinary treatment team meetings, timely completion of all required documentation, and case management as necessary.

Qualifications:

Education:

A Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited college or university.

or

A Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited University in Dietetics, Nutrition, or similar field acceptable for licensure.

Licensure:

Fully licensed in LCSW, LPC, or LMFT.

or

Experience:

Minimum One (1) year experience working as a therapist, preferably in an acute hospital setting, residential setting, or partial hospitalization program setting.
