Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

The maintenance technicians are system experts in their assigned area and are highly functional in multiple areas. In this role you must also ensure efficiency, operational conformance, product quality, and continuous improvement. Functions as a member of a maintenance area team which is directly responsible for the efficient maintenance of a group of assets to a baseline state. Effectively troubleshoot and operate/change over specified machinery in the assigned area. This job requires strong communication, interpersonal and team-building skills to support site objectives. We are looking for candidates with experience in the Food & Beverage industry as a Maintenance Technician. Skills in Electrical and Mechanical are essential. PLC experience would be a big plus. Ability to troubleshoot problems, take apart machines, fix them, and then put them back together is required.

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 5 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Henderson, Nevada.

Work Environment

Day In the life of a maintenance technician:

• As a maintenance technician, you will report on time for your shift.

• Participate in shift handoff meetings with your peer.

• You will review your assigned daily work schedule, plan your activities, and execute the work.

• Participate in daily toolbox meetings.

• Will answer and respond to any unplanned maintenance requests that arise during your shift.

This role will be for a night shift position: 8pm - 6:30am, four 10-hour shifts, 4 days a week.
