POSITION: Cook/Prep Cook SCHEDULE: Regular, Full time and Part time available LOCATION:Training will be held at first location in Las Vegas, NV 89166, but job will be at new location opening soon at1469 E Lake Mead Pkwy, Henderson, NV 89015 SALARY:$14.00/hr during training, then dependent on experience
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Nevada Food Handler Safety Training Card
JOB SUMMARY: Plan, prep, set up and provide quality service in all areas of food production of menu items and specials in accordance with standards and plating guide specifications. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment.
- Ensures work station is properly prepared
- Prepares food for menu items
- Prepares menu items following recipes and yield guides
- Ensures dishes are appropriately prepared in a timely manner
- Informs Manager of any shortages before the item runs out
- Performs other duties as assigned
