Hiring HVAC Service Technicians

Pay: $28-35hr DOE

Shift: 1st shift - 7AM-5PM - Monday-Friday

Job Responsibilities:

• Frequent travel around CO, NE, and some of WY (majority will be day trips)

• Multi-day project repairs will expense hotels

• Expect to have an overnight job once every other month

• Oversee and perform repairs and modifications on mobile buildings, including HVAC, framing, finish carpentry, electrical work, flooring, plumbing, painting, and running gear maintenance

• Conduct service calls related to HVAC, plumbing, and carpentry

• Explain repairs and services to customers courteously, both over the phone and in-person

• Maintain a safe working environment and practice safe working habits, including complying with safety standards on-site

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of maintaining HVAC systems experience

• EPA universal certification

• Previous experience with building maintenance (electrical, carpentry, plumbing, drywall, etc)

• Blueprint reading experience

• Installation experience

• Customer service experience

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $35.00/hr.
