Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee Design Build, Design Bid Build, and projects of other delivery types from conception through completion, ensuring all aspects are managed effectively.
- Create and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective and financially responsible solutions.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion without compromising quality.
- Provide accurate and comprehensive project estimates to support successful project planning.
- Handle contracts, change orders, and other project-related documents efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or Associate's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field or work experience.
- 3+ years of experience and/or extensive knowledge within construction project management/estimating (including project scheduling, document management, and cost/budget control).
- Strong leadership, management, communication, organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Capable of developing constructive and cooperative working relationships with coworkers, contractors, architects, engineers, vendors, and customers/clients.
