The opportunity

Do you want to join one of the most successful teams in the world? We are a small cross functional team of 8 dedicated, engaged & charming proffessionals that work very close together. We need you! You will be leading the CNS business in Region Sount (Skåne, VGR, Halland, Blekinge, Kronoberg, Kalmar, Jönköping). The main purpose of the position is to generate brand advocacy and to achive sales targets for the assigned region by developing & executing a crossfunctional business plan for the CNS business.

Furthermore, the purpose is to continously identify, develop and execute business opportunities.This should be achieved by demonstrating the value of Teva’s offerings to prescribers, regional payers (DFC, expertgroups and head of clinics) & other relevant stakeholders and by presenting solutions based on the unmet need and prioritized product in the CNS portfolio. The regional business lead will work closely with medical, marketing & market access collegues to arrive at an intergrated approach.

In order to be successful in the role the regional business lead needs to initiate, develop, and maintain long term relationships with targeted customers. Active participation in the business units´s day-to-day business and owning the regional business lead expert role are key factors to be successful in the role.

Responsibilities

• Analyze the market to understand and develop detailed, adopted regional business plans based upon market situation and customer needs.

• Proactive planning, implementation and follow up of regional business plans. Identify focus areas, key stakeholders and relevant activities.

• Map and continuously update target customers & decision making units

• Proactive analysis of market changes, competition movements and developing appropriate counteractions

• Accountable for regional/local clinic recommendation

• Develop Regional Market Access Strategy for prioritized products

• Participate in and lead Regional DFC Hearings

• Responsible for achieving sales targets and costs budgets per assigned regions & projects

• Use various channels (both digital and F2F) to establish, maintain and generate advocacy with key stakeholders and target customers.

• Lead continuous cross-functional district meetings to ensure cross-functional alignment and effective implementation of business plans.

• Report all calls and sales initiatives in Veeva every week by complying Tevas business standards for Veeva reporting (Potential, Adoption ladder, Target Codes, Call reports)

• Accountable for regional Engagemate activities (contract system) & records (Creation and close out)

Qualifications and experience

• A relevant university degree e.g. within medicine, pharmacy or business administration

• Authorization (by LIF) to inform about medicinal products

• Prior experience from the pharmaceutical market

• Prior experience with multichannel marketing and working with digital platforms and tools

• Prior experience in the therapeutic area of CNS is an advantage

Competences and skills

• Fluency in both Swedish and English

• Customer oriented attitude

• State of the art in relationship building

• Good understanding of the Swedish health care system

• Ability to turn business opportunities into co-operative projects with the customers and be instrumental in implementing these

• Marketing orientation – ability to display alertness to marketing and technological developments and effective use of data

• Ability to prioritize between work tasks by proactive manage time scheduling

• Quick grasp of comprehensive data; ability to obtain and understand information within short time periods

• A real team player – full cooperation and synergy with other members of the team

• Initiative – ability to recognize opportunities and to perform accordingly; ability to work independently and to implement plan, ability to manage negotiations with different parties

• Good administrative skills with a structured and well-organized way of managing the areas of responsibility
