Support Multiple Classrooms:Assist in various classrooms, adapting to the needs of children aged 0-5.Collaborate with Lead and Assistant Teachers to implement age-appropriate activities.Complete closing activities after 5:00 pm.Ensure Child Safety:Supervise children to ensure their safety and well-being during all activities.Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.Provide Individualized Attention:Support children’s individual needs and developmental milestones.Engage with children to promote their learning and development.Assist with Daily Operations:Help prepare and organize classroom materials.Maintain cleanliness and order in the classroom.What You Bring:Experience: Experience working with young children in an early childhood education setting is preferred.Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.Skills: Strong communication, adaptability, and teamwork skills.Personal Traits: Patient, nurturing, and flexible with a passion for working with young children.
