Our subsidiary, Integrated Circuit Testing GmbH (ICT GmbH) , with 160 employees, develops and produces electron microscopes , the heart of our machines, which monitor processes in semiconductor production and classify the smallest defects on wafers . To meet the rapidly increasing demand from our customers in the semiconductor industry, our location near Munich, Germany is constantly growing.
To strengthen our rapidly growing facility near Munich, we are looking for a Technical Project Manager (m/f/d) , to support development and manufacturing of cutting-edge ebeam semiconductor equipment with a strong motive to drive optimization of processes and delivery of objectives to meet business objectives and create more value for our customers.
Key responsibilities:
Lead the planning, execution, and closing phases of eBeam technology projects, ensuring adherence to project scope, timelines, and budget
Collaborate with key stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and success criteria, aligning projects with overall business objectives
Establish clear and effective communication channels with internal and external stakeholders
Ensure proper product readiness for serial production and drive the related transition(s) of new products into serial production
Identify and address resource constraints, bottlenecks, and potential risks to project success
Provide regular project updates, reports, and presentations to senior management, ensuring transparency and alignment with organizational goals
Enforce quality assurance processes throughout the project lifecycle
Participate in the process of documenting technical best practice and standards for production
Your profile:
A bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a technical or scientific area with at least 5 years of work experience preferably in project management
Demonstrated experience in management of complex projects in highly dynamic environment(s).
Project Management Certification by PMI, etc would be an advantage
Capability to review technical designs
Excellent interpersonal & networking skills
Analytical mindset
Very good communication and presentation skills on multiple organizational levels
Customer- and goal-oriented working style with a high degree of sense of responsibility
Strong communication skills in English
