Responsible for assigned PA business development as a territory account manager in CBTD.
作为区域客户经理，负责3M个人乘用车业务区域销售工作。
Cooperate closely with territory sales manager in carrying out sales plan and deliver results.
与区域销售经理紧密合作，推进销售计划实施，并实现成果。
Drive distributor and retail shop KPI management and business expansion.
推动渠道和零售门店KPI管理和业务拓展。
Drive OEM and PDI customer management and market penetration.
推动车厂和汽贸集团客户管理和市场渗透。
New product launch preparation and reach commercialization target in territory.
新产品上市推广并达到区域销售目标
Conduct market survey for assigned product and segment analysis to understand market and customer needs

Requirement
要求
Bachelor’s degree or above.
本科以上学历.
5+ years related working experience of sales function in related industry. Multinational company, OEM KA，PDI sales background are preferred.
5年以上相关行业市场工作经验，跨国公司、汽贸集团、大型车厂销售背景者优先.
Innovative, good analytical and selling skills.

Solid problem solving and execution.
