A Day in the Life
In this role you provide technical support (maintenance and repair) on our Medtronic medical equipment.
Your main tasks will be to maintain and repair medical equipment which also includes performing inspections and tests. It is important that you can interpret and analyze technical data.
You will do administration tasks including creating reports on the repairs you perform.
The technical problems you will face are mainly routine (described in manuals) but do require interpretation of procedures or policies to resolve problems.
You will mainly communicate with internal contacts, although first line support to customers can be part of your job.
You will use schematics, diagrams, manuals, verbal descriptions, or defined plans to perform testing and troubleshooting on electronic or mechanical components, equipment or systems.
Must Haves
Degree in Electronics
Minimum 4 years of relevant experience
English (speaking/reading/writing)
Attention to details
SAP experience
Soldering skills
