Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and versatile IT Systems Administrator with a strong skill set in Microsoft 365 management, networking, and helpdesk support. As a key member of our IT team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our organization's technology infrastructure. This position requires a proactive individual with a "jack of all trades" mentality, capable of handling a diverse range of IT tasks efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities:

  1. Microsoft 365 Management:

• Administer Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams.

• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls within the Microsoft 365 environment.

• Monitor and optimize Microsoft 365 performance and security settings.

• Provide end-user support and training on Microsoft 365 applications and features.

  1. Helpdesk Support:

• Respond to IT support requests from users via ticketing system, phone, or in-person.

• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues in a timely manner.

• Provide technical assistance and guidance to end-users on IT-related matters.

• Document and maintain accurate records of support activities, solutions, and resolutions.

  1. System Administration:

• Assist in the administration and maintenance of servers, workstations, and other IT systems.

• Deploy and manage software updates, patches, and security configurations.

• Implement and enforce IT policies, procedures, and best practices.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support roles, with a focus on Microsoft 365 management, networking, and helpdesk support.

• Proficiency in administering Microsoft 365 services such as Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams.

• Strong understanding of networking concepts, protocols, and technologies.

• Experience with network troubleshooting tools and techniques.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with users at all levels of the organization.

• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals, or CompTIA Network+ are a plus.
