As a Business Analysis Associate II within the Operations Performance Management team, you will be responsible for generating critical analytical insights with direct impact to the overall financial performance of the Collections organization for Card, Over Draft and Auto lines of businesses. Develop deep data knowledge to support cross line of business (Auto, Card, and Overdraft) performance monitoring and analysis. Build strong partnership with key stakeholders, demonstrate and share strong understanding of the underlying data and generate data-driven insights to clearly communicate compelling business narratives, influence decisions and drive business direction.
Job Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end management of business portfolio analytics for one or multiple multi-million business processes within Collections Operations
Handle special projects to support cross line of business (Auto, Card, and Overdraft) by designing and delivering KPIs, trend analysis, dashboards and analyses to monitor and improve performance
Interface directly with Operations leadership to help them understand their performance against targets and areas of opportunity
Provide performance reporting and analytics for multiple cross skill initiatives
Identifies process improvements and efficiency enhancements
Develop and present deep data knowledge to support and deliver performance monitoring and analysis
Collaborate with business partners to formulate quantifiable goals; support strategies and experimentation to achieve business goals
Share strong understanding of the underlying data and generate data-driven insights to clearly communicate compelling business narratives, influence decisions and drive business direction
Explore new data sources and cross line of business best practices to drive analytics and insights execution
Support the Performance Management team in process support and controls
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
Bachelor's degree
Analytical Experience- leveraging past data to identify core trends, opportunities and driving results
Strong Written and Verbal Communicator, proven ability to influence and proven ability to run cohesive and agile teams
Operations experience in Collections and/or Back Office
Ability to organize data and create analytical insights
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
Experience running large xlob projects
Having technical skills including Excel, Alteryx, SQL, SAS, and Python
Minimum 3 years' experience of core analytics experience along with operations experience
This is a hybrid (3 days in office/2 days remote) role located in either Heathrow FL, Tampa FL, Columbus OH, San Antonio TX, or Tempe AZ. This role does not offer relocation assistance or immigration sponsorship.
