The Boeing Global Services (BGS) team is actively seeking a highly motivated Mid-level M Q-25 Product Support Integration Engineer to join the Training and Autonomous Systems (TAA S) organization located in Hazelwood, MO . This position supports the MQ-25 Product Support Integration Team, broadly leading and/or supporting various systems engineering and integration activities across the MQ-25 BGS scope of work.

This is an exciting time to be a part of the MQ-25 program! The MQ-25 program is currently working the Engineering and Manufacturing Development of 7 flight vehicles and two full-scale test articles for the Navy. In 2021, the MQ-25 test airplane was the first autonomous flying vehicle to refuel a manned aircraft in flight.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Supports the day-to-day execution of systems engineering and integration activities across the BGS MQ-25 scope of work in support of the MQ-25 Systems Engineering Management Plan (SEMP)

  • Leads the day-to-day development, integration and/or certification of the Deck Control Device (DCD), Portable Electronic Maintenance Aid (PEMA) and Program Loader Set (PLS)

  • Supports requirements management and verification activities across the Product Support organization. Works with product teams to develop and track system and subsystem requirements from inception thru verification. Ensures that system and subsystem designs meet contractual requirements

  • Works closely with the MQ-25 Product Support SEIT Lead, other senior engineers and program management to address technical integration challenges across the program. Analyzes complex technical issues, proposes technically complete solutions, develops execution plans and works to proactively lead small teams to achieve a scope of work.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skill/Experience):

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry

  • Experience performing systems engineering activities in full systems engineering lifecycle

Preferred Qualifications (Desired skills/experience):

  • Active Secret security clearance

  • 3+years of experience in systems engineering to include system architecture, requirements, interface development, allocation, verification and validation, risk management, integration and test

  • Systems Engineering experience using tools such as DOORS, CAMEO, JIRA, Windchill, VersionOne, BORIS, and other common tools.

Typical Education/Experience:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD, Master+3 years' related work experience). In the USA, ABET accreditation is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range: $97,750 - 132,250
