Willow Landscaping LLC Landscaping Worker and Winter Grondskeeper in Hazelwood, Missouri

Thirteen (13) Temporary Full-Time Landscaping and Groundskeeping Workers needed from 4/1/2025 to 12/07/2025 at Willow Landscaping, LLC to mow, trim, and blow lawns, edge lawns and trees, mulch, pull weeds, prune shrubs, plant flowers, rake leaves. Landscape Maintenance. Able to lift weight as required to carry and use landscaping equipment and material needed for assigned tasks. Able to tolerate outdoor temperature extreme consistent with a wide variety of conditions throughout the year in St. Louis, MO MSA (well above 90 degrees and well under 32 degrees Farenheit). Employer will rely on worker's representations and Employer's own observations to determine worker meets

physical requirements of this job.

Work days are generally 8 hour days, 40 hours per week in various shifts and various shift times which include work performed on Monday to Sunday 7 am to 3:30 pm. No experience, education, or training is required. Training will be provided on-the-job. All work performed under the supervision of crew leader or other employees.

Multiple worksites within MSA. Workers will report each day to 11793 Missouri Bottom Road, Hazelwood MO 63042. Company will provide daily transportation to and from work sites. Work will predominately occur in St. Charles, and St. Louis Counties and St. Louis City, MO.

Employer will offer hourly wage between $19.30 and $21.30 per hour. Possible overtime (at Employer's Discretion) at wage of $28.95 to $31.95 per hour. Employer may provide assistance to workers to obtain group home rental housing to be rented from entitles other than the Employer at market value rent to be paid by the worker separately from paycheck. Workers may obtain any housing of their choice and at their own cost. Employer will use single workweek as standard to compute wages, wages to be paid no less frequently than every two weeks, all deductions required by law to be made from gross wages by employer.

Employer will make reimbursement to workers who complete at least 50 percent of work term certified as indicated above for subsistence and travel from home to place of employment if relocating from outside of St. Louis County and outside St. Louis Metropolitan MSA and will pay for return home transportation and subsistence costs if the worker completes work for the entire term of certified employment or is dismissed from employment early. Travel Reimbursement to be the lowest cost bus fare and overnight lodging (if required) between the Employer place of business in St. Louis County and workers home. Subsistence to be a minimum of $15.88 per day up to a maximum amount verified by receipts of $59.00 per day of travel. Employer will also reimburse the worker for all visa, visa processing, border Crossing, and other H-2B related processing fees (excluding worker passport fees) incurred by the worker within the first week of work.

All tools of trade and supplies and equipment required to complete job duties to be provided by Employer without charge or deposit. Employer will assist with locating housing. Workers are guaranteed work for minimum of three-fourths of all work days contained in each 12-week period of employment contemplated in this work order. This job work order is being placed in connection with a concurrently submitted Application for Temporary Employment Certification for H-2B workers.
