Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for a Quality Manager to support F-15 Product and Services in Hazelwood, MO.

Position Responsibilities:

· This role supervises, leads, and coaches a multi-disciplined team of Quality Operations personnel (CBU) employees in the oversight of product and process integrity in the Building 101 F-15 Production Assembly area.

· Effectively interfaces and communicates with employees, peers, production operations, integrated product teams, and external customers (DCMA) to ensure products, services and processes comply with engineering / contractual requirements, company procedures, and government regulations.

· Actively manages Flight and Assembly Inspectors and assures process effectiveness of Manufacturing Self Examination / Operator Verification (MSE/OV).

· Collaborate with Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) / Production Support Teams (PST’s) to ensure Quality Engineering’s timely corrective / preventive action initiation and execution.

· Develops and ensures the execution of organizational business goals and objectives, strategies and tactics.

· Actively participates in NQA/ISO audits, corrective action boards, consolidated safety council, employee health and safety assessments, lean manufacturing assessments, process improvements, and procedural assessments.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.

This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. (An Interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post Start is required.)

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• Minimum 3 years of experience leading cross-functional teams

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Aerospace, Manufacturing, Quality, or experience in a regulated industry

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

· Bachelor’s Degree or higher

· Experience with Boeing processes and procedures

· Aircraft experience with flight ramp operation

· Experience with Boeing quality and/or manufacturing processes

· Experience with inspection processes and techniques

· Ability to lead and direct without onsite Senior Leadership support

Salaries are based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range: $108,800 – $147,200
