Job Title: Cleanroom Production Operator
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Cleanroom Production Operator to join our team. Our organization focuses on producing critical healthcare products that treat kidney disease and other chronic and acute medical conditions. The role involves working in a cleanroom environment, packaging products that help close wounds after surgeries. This position requires full gowning and involves operating machinery on a packaging line.
Responsibilities
Operate packaging machinery in a cleanroom environment.
Adhere to full gowning requirements, covering all parts of the body.
Rotate stations every 2 hours to maintain efficiency and reduce fatigue.
Perform stretches between station rotations.
Fill syringes with gel in various sizes (5MM and 10MM).
Occasionally lift items weighing up to 25 lbs.
Maintain a high level of attendance and punctuality to ensure smooth operation of the production line.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience working in a HAZMAT suit.
Experience in the medical device industry or other regulated environments (lab, hospital, manufacturing, food, etc.).

Work Environment
The work environment is a cleanroom with a packaging line, requiring full gowning, including face, legs, pants, gloves, head, hair, shoes, and upper body coverage. The cleanroom is loud due to the machinery, and the work involves repetitive tasks with station rotations every 2 hours. No makeup, jewelry, fake nails, or eyelashes are allowed. The shift runs from 4am-12:30pm, with mandatory overtime up to 16 hours per week. On the first day, orientation is from 8:30am-3:30pm before switching to the normal start time.
