For our Suburban Solutions Moving position, we seek candidates with a commitment to customer service and an appreciation for variety and hustle in your job. We serve a wide range of clients to serve all of their moving and junk removal needs. You will be expected to provide exceptional customer service as you safely pack, move and unpack customer belongings. Guide the customer through the moving process from beginning to end. Perform walk-throughs with clients at the job site to ensure the customer and the team are on the same page. Assist crew leader with preparing trucks based on job details. Assist crew leader with digital paperwork, billing and job close out responsibilities. Get trucks ready with supplies each morning and close out jobs at the end of the day.
