Nous recrutons actuellement un Senior Analyst Employee Labor Relations bas notre sige dIssy-les-Moulineaux / contrat dure dtermine de 6 m ois

Vos activits seront les suivantes:

o Relations individuelles de travail :

Conseil et support auprs des quipes HR et Business sur tous les sujets relevant des relations individuelles de travail

Assurer et superviser toutes les requtes individuelles en agissant dans le respect des dispositions lgales ainsi que des procdures et principes en vigueur chez JnJ

Grer des enqutes internes

Accompagner les managers dans la mise en place de plans damlioration de la performance

Contribuer dployer toutes les initiatives de coaching ou de formation destination des Managers et des collaborateurs en matire de relations individuelles de travail

o Relations collectives de travail :

Participer llaboration de la stratgie de relations sociales en collaboration avec le business et les diffrentes organisations

Anticiper, prparer et effectuer lvaluation de tous les impacts sur les quipes et le business au regard de votre expertise en matire de relations sociales notamment en cas de projets ayant des consquences sociales importantes (cession, fusion, restructuration)

Participer lanimation des IRP

Superviser lagenda social et sassurer du respect des chances lgales

Ngociations syndicales : mise en place de stratgie de ngociations, animation des ngociations syndicales, rdaction des accords collectifs

Participer la mise en uvre oprationnelle de tous les projets business ou RH

Qualifications

Titulaire dun Bac 5 en Droit du travail ou Ressources Humaines, vous disposez :

  • Dune exprience de 2 4 ans sur un poste similaire

  • Dune expertise en matire de gestion des relations individuelles et collectives du travail

  • Dune solide exprience dans le domaine des projets de transformation (cession, fusion restructuration, etc..)

Vous disposez par ailleurs des comptences suivantes :

  • Fortes qualits relationnelles favorisant un environnement de travail collaboratif et positif

  • Capacit fdrer, influencer et ngocier dans un environnement matriciel complexe et international

  • Excellent niveau de communication, aussi bien lcrit qu loral

Un niveau danglais courant est galement requis (oral et crit).
